High end mutli-residential building in the centre of the city. Building was designed in a very tight neighbourhood and was carefully constructed. Most challenging was to build Two underground floors on the soil characterised with steady underground water flow.

For this purpose concrete mark was upgraded and used chemical additions. Derange system was also arranged around the foundation to pump away aggressive soil waters against building foundation and underground floors.
