Project description
Theconcept from the project was developed using modern technologies, as for better functionality access to free area was important. Building was designed with hollow reinforced concrete roofing slabs to reach 16 meters span between the columns and vertical share bearing elements and to have 6 meters hight.
GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM
Considering the traffic of the people in the building we offered the client to use geothermal system for keeping cool roofing slab and low reinforcement and operational costs in terms of electricity waste. With the system building is maintaining stable 22-24 degrees under the roof all around the year.
