Building has been specially designed to provide post or before operational rehabilitation services. Because of the concept, building was structurally different with high floors (up to 8 meters hight) in it for basketball hall and build in swimming pool room.

Building has got underground floor. Building was designed with 4.5 meter high floors and non-beam roofing slabs, constructed with load bearing towers.
