Project reason was to reconstruct round 100 years old historical building, under the supervision from municipality team and reinforce the building not making any change to the façade visual.
Project description
Existing building structure was based on wooden beams and bricks. As the building was also not having stable foundation and needed reinforcement jobs to be carried out, together with client decision was made to add underground floor.
